How long will it take for my logo to be created?
You will receive three concepts for your logo within 24 hours of your purchase. Depending upon how many revisions you request, the final product should be ready within 2-3 business days.
How can I be involved in the design of my logo?
By filling out our Logo Design Preamble, you directly become part of the process. The more information you provide, the more involved you will be. Additional criteria can be met by contacting your Design Expert.
I don't like the logo, what do I do?
At Logo Design Express, we're committed to giving the best customer service - guaranteed! If you don't like any of our logo concepts, then we will work with you to make sure that your final logo is the one you want. Should you still be unhappy, we will refund your money. Guaranteed.
How will the final product be delivered?
Your final product will be delivered directly to you by email, and will be available for download from the "My Products" section in your account.
How will I receive ownership/copyright of the logo?
Logo Design Express will transfer all rights of ownership to you upon the completion of the product. You will be free to do whatever you wish to the logo after that.
Can I request multiple file formats?
Yes, we can deliver your product in a variety of different formats to suit your needs.
